During our TikTok Lives, items are shown with a number or reference code.
To claim an item, simply comment the number/code while we are live.
The first comment that appears on our screen secures it.
After the live, we organise all claimed items into a physical “customer basket” under your TikTok username.
From there, we create a private checkout page for you on our website.
Here’s how the process works:
1. Claim items during the live
Comment the number/code shown on the screen
We place each item into your personal basket as we go.
2. After the live, you send us your email
To securely match the basket to the correct buyer, please DM us your preferred email address.
This step confirms your identity and prevents impersonation.
3. We create your private checkout page
Your items will be added to a hidden, link-only page on our website.
Only you (and anyone you give the link to) can see it.
We then email your private checkout link directly to you.
4. You review and complete the payment
Your page will list all items you claimed, along with the total. If you already have an open basket with us and want to add more items from a previous live, please DM us to remind us to update your cart.
You can check out securely using our website’s normal payment methods

Just message “update my basket” when you join another live.
I will add new items to your existing basket and send an updated checkout link.
This system:
• Confirms your identity safely
• Keeps your order private
• Allows secure website checkout
• Prevents mix-ups or impersonation
• Makes it easy for you to add items over multiple lives
• Gives you full control before paying
Only the customer who receives the emailed link should complete the checkout.
After your private checkout link has been emailed to you, you have 72 hours to complete payment.
If checkout is not completed within 72 hours your basket will expire and the items will be returned to general stock or made available in future live sales.
Repeat non-payment may result in restrictions during future live claims
This policy ensures fairness for all customers and keeps our live sale system running smoothly.
TikTok arranges comments in the order they appear on our screen, not yours.
We award the claim based on who appears first on the host side.
Absolutely! All your claimed items will be combined into a private basket, which you will be able to purchase once you have sent us your preferred email address. If you want to add more pieces from a later live sale, you just need to message us "update my cart" just so we know you've already got one in place.
