During the live, each item is assigned a unique code. Simply comment the code before someone else claims it, and we'll add it to your Luna Loom Live Basket.

Once the live has finished, we'll send you a message asking for your:

We'll then prepare your secure checkout and email you a private payment link to complete your purchase.

If you'd like to combine shipping with a future live sale, simply let us know and we'll happily keep your Live Basket open until you're ready to check out.

• All claimed items must be paid for within 72 hours, unless you've requested to keep your Live Basket open.

• Orders are beautifully gift packed and shipped every Monday–Tuesday.

• Once an item is claimed during a live sale, it is reserved exclusively for you until checkout.
